Login Facebook Using Two Different Password.
Let’s talk about, How can we access our facebook account using two different passwords.? Probably, you would say no. But it is true!.
Today, I logging my facebook account as normal days. But suddenly I notice that I entered the wrong password and still my account signing successfully. The entered password was the old one(which I already changed a few months ago).
My last Facebook Password was very common “12345_**#***” (12 character long) New Password was “12345_**#***@” (13 characters long). and I am able to sign-in using both passwords.
We think it’s a security flaw and this should be taken seriously. Somehow, If your last password is hacked and you changed your logging details. It may be an annoying condition for you if you suddenly noticed that old password is still in working condition.
To find out the solution. We browsed google for more and found that Facebook password is not case sensitive you can loggin your account using the different password. (Reference link 2 is given below). We search in facebook community form but all were talking about the same. We found that This is common that we can use the other passwords can be constructed by toggling the case of characters that form your original password.

Facebook Password is not case sensitive.
|12345_**#*** (old password)
12345_**#***@ (new password)
Our Both PWD are working. And what If? your old password is hacked. and still in working condition after changing it. 🙁
This is interesting. isn’t it? Yes! But not good for security Reason! But our case was different, we add a different character to the pwdString and facebook account is signed successfully.
We used the default username email address that is associated with our Facebook account but you can also login using your Facebook username (Ex: facebook.com/urusernamehere that’s in the vanity URL of your Facebook profile page). Similarly, if you have associated your mobile number with Facebook (which you should for security reasons), you can use that mobile number as your username on the Facebook login screen.
- Two-way authentication is there. Where you get an OTP every time you login from different browsing device. you can save browser to skip two-way authentication to save your time.
The question arises that why Facebook allows users to login through multiple passwords. what is the purpose of a new password, If your old password is still in working condition.?are there any other hidden passwords to access your facebook account? and lot more.
